Here’s what you need to do:

1. When purchasing your ticket you will be prompted to register and it will create an account.  You will use this to log in during the auction event, check out at the end of the evening, and log in to see receipts and statements..

   1. If you buy for multiple people, you will be required to enter the names of all of your guests and their email addresses.  It will assign them each a bidder number as well as send them the details of the event with an access code for the application.

2. Download the Auctria App available via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

   1. Visit your app store, search for and download Auctria Mobile Bidding App.

   2. Using the access code in the registration email, sign in to the app to explore the website and the auction items.

   3. Auction items will begin to show as we receive them and load them into our system.  Check back frequently to see what will be available for auctioning the night of the event.
       

3. Donate!!!!! We need all forms of donations.  You should have received an email from Christina Warren (auction-donations@rpns.org), our Auction Donation chair, which outlines all the types of donations we are looking for.  We challenge you to think creatively!  Do you make cool crafts, have a love for bourbon, enjoy hosting a movie night, have a favorite restaurant?  All of these things can be turned into items for donation! Email us with any donation ideas or questions!

 

We realize and understand that everyone might not be able to attend the auction in person.  For those people, you can still Donate!!!! Via the Auction Website you can donate money directly to the school from the comfort of your own living room.
