Information
RPNS offers six fun camps with teacher Carina this summer. We offer four 1-week session camps for ages 3 thru 6 (Sensory Camp, Under the Sea Camp, Animal Camp & Dinosaur Camp) held in June and two 1- week camps in July for age 2 (Summer Olympics Camp & Color Camp).
These camps are opened to all community members, even those that have not attended RPNS.
June camps (ages 3 thru 6) will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. You may also choose to only sign your child up for three days for each camp (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
Parent Participation: Parents will work one day, per child, per week, per camp. For the camps offered for ages 3 thru 6, there is an option to pay an additional $75 in lieu of working in the classroom.
July camps are for age 2 and will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 9:30-12:00 p.m.

Registration
Director Christine will be administering all Summer Camps. Please turn in all required forms and payments (checks made out to RPNS only) to her by April 24th.

Other Information
Participation Minimums and Enrollment Fees: We need a minimum of 12 children with four working parents per day for a camp to be held. We will take a maximum of 22 children per camp. You will be notified when we meet said minimums, and Summer Camp tuition would then be nonrefundable. If we do not meet camp minimums by April 24, 2024, the camp will be canceled, and tuition checks will be returned. To fulfill our insurance guidelines, all children must either be registered for the 2024-2025 RPNS school year or complete a registration packet specific upon acceptance into summer camp.
Snacks: We ask that children bring healthy snacks to class daily and remember the “No Nuts Rule” when choosing items to send in.
Parent Participation: If you are enrolling in our Color Camp, as described below, and your child is currently in the Toddlers Class, or you are new to RPNS this upcoming school year, we do ask that you stay with your child for as long as they need you since this will be their first experience on the big side of the school. This camp is an excellent experience for children moving from the Toddler side of the school to the big side. It will make the start of school a few weeks later much easier for them and you as classroom work parents.
Orientation: We ask that parents/adults planning on working in the classroom during camp attend a 1.5-hour Orientation on Thursday, May 16th, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. to review camp plans and your responsibilities therein. You will pick your workday(s) at this meeting. We want everyone to be on the same page so that each camp will run smoothly and successfully.
